What's New in CTRL ENTER: Admin Dashboard, Voice Tracking, and Smarter Integrations

Healthcare teams run on visibility. When admins can't see who's active, how the tool is being used, or where adoption is stalling, they're managing blind. Our latest release changes that!

The latest CTRL ENTER update ships a rebuilt Admin Dashboard, improved voice recording, cleaner integrations, and a handful of under-the-hood fixes that matter more than they sound.

A Proper Admin Dashboard, Built from Scratch

The old third-party team widget is gone. In its place: a custom Admin Dashboard built specifically for organization admins, available on both web and desktop.

Find it at Settings → Admin (admins only).

Team Tab

Every member in one view: name, email, role, join date, and current activity status. Filter and search by name, role, or status. Invite new teammates by email and assign them a role (admin or member) on the spot.

Member management is fully consolidated here: promote, demote, or remove existing members; revoke, resend, or copy invite links for anyone still pending. At the top of the screen, an org health summary shows total members, pending invites, seats used, and who's been active this month. Adoption insights sit alongside it: active vs. inactive members, seat usage, and your most active teammate.

No more hunting through duplicate screens. The old Team settings tab has been renamed Security & Access (SSO, domain verification, org name). Member management lives exclusively in the Admin Dashboard.

Usage Tab

Org-wide totals surface immediately: messages, chat sessions, files uploaded, and voice minutes. A usage-over-time chart lets admins toggle between messages, sessions, and files, with selectable windows of 7, 30, or 90 days and automatic peak usage highlights.

Below that: an org composition snapshot (admins, members, pending) and an activity recency breakdown (today, this week, this month, older, never active). A per-user activity table includes mini trend sparklines for each person - click any row to drill into that individual.

User Detail View

Click any team member for their full profile: identity and access info (join date, last sign-in, email verification status), lifetime usage stats, an activity trend chart, and hourly and day-of-week heatmaps. Chat history shows sessions, message mix, and engagement breakdown. AI Specialists usage tracks which skills each person uses most. Attached files and recent sessions round out the view.

For practice administrators and revenue cycle directors managing distributed teams, this is the first time all of that data has lived in one place, without exporting a spreadsheet or asking IT.

Voice Recording: Now Tracked and Accessible

Voice recording gets two usability improvements this release: a dedicated record button in the chat area and a voice recording shortcut directly on the new-chat home screen. More practically, voice usage now appears in the Admin Dashboard as voice minutes, giving admins a complete picture of how their team is interacting with CTRL ENTER, not just what they're typing.

Integration and Extension Updates

The ModMed "Check Balance" button now displays the CTRL ENTER logo instead of a generic "CE" badge — a small change that meaningfully reduces confusion at the point of use.

The published Chrome Web Store extension is fully authorized for AI features in production. Admins opening CTRL ENTER from the browser extension can now deep-link directly to Settings → Admin (/settings?panel=admin), skipping the menu navigation entirely.

Behind the Scenes

Usage analytics now track messages, sessions, file uploads, and voice minutes, stored per organization, with test and production data kept separate. When a team member is removed, billing seat counts sync automatically. No manual reconciliation, no lag.

What This Adds Up To

Visibility drives adoption. Adoption drives ROI. Admins who can see exactly how their team is using CTRL ENTER (and who isn't using it at all) can act on that information the same day.

The Admin Dashboard isn't a reporting afterthought. It's a management layer built for the people accountable for making AI tools stick inside healthcare organizations.

If your team is on CTRL ENTER and you haven't explored the Admin Dashboard yet, enter.health is where to start.
