After eight years of building Enter, I’ve learned something fundamental: running a practice is a team sport. Every person’s performance matters. If the front desk misses a step, claims don’t get paid. If a provider codes incorrectly, claims don’t get paid. Every role is interconnected, and the scoreboard is the same for everyone—how effectively the practice gets paid for the care it provides.
